This paper holds that the early Qin culture represented by the Yijiabao Type is theremains of Shang and Yi(夷)after their extension from the eastern Guanzhong to theWestern Guanzhong .It is this cultural force that broke the original balance of Guanzhong district after its reach to Fu feng and Qishan,and forced Gongliu the leader of predynasty Zhou,emigrated to Bin (豳).And the historical document recorded Jianshang(翦商),wiping Shang out by Tangwang,another leader of predynasty Zhou many years later than Gongliu ,is explained the emigrition out of Qi(漆)river reaches of middle Wei river reaches to Tian shui ,the upper reaches of Wei river ,of this culture .Since then on ,Qin had been pretectingwestern frontier for Zhou ,as document recorded. After Qins entry into Guanzhong,Itsculture was affected by the culture of Zhou people. In later period of Early Shang,almostfinished its adaption of Zhou culture in the period of Yinxu Ⅱ,and submited to the authorityof Zhou in the period of Yinxu Ⅲ.Down to the western Zhou,Qins pottery found inTianshui was as same as that of Zhou culture.
