淋巴细胞表面抗原的研究对了解淋巴细胞亚群、功能以及淋巴瘤诊断有实用意义。我室建立了三株能分泌抗人淋巴细胞共同抗原单克隆抗体(McAb)的鼠——鼠杂交瘤细胞株。所产生的单抗针对全T淋巴细胞和部分B淋巴细胞。以下介绍McAb的组织鉴定以及用于对恶性淋巴瘤和其他癌瘤的鉴别诊断的研究结果。
The study of lymphocyte surface antigen has practical significance for understanding lymphocyte subsets, function and lymphoma diagnosis. My room has established three murine-mouse hybridoma cell lines secreting anti-human lymphocyte common antigen monoclonal antibody (McAb). The resulting mAbs are directed against all T lymphocytes and some B lymphocytes. The following describes the identification of McAb tissue and used for the differential diagnosis of malignant lymphoma and other cancers.
