课程改革的关键在于教师。高职教师是课程开发主体、实施主体,也是有效教学模式与方法研究的主体,在课程改革中占主导地位。但现阶段能胜任课程改革工作任务的师资匮乏,教师投入课程改革的精力有限,加之缺乏合理的激励机制,严重影响了课程改革的实效。只有强化和保障高职教师在课程改革中的主导地位,才能推动课程改革顺利进行。
The key to curriculum reform lies in teachers. Higher vocational teachers are the main body of curriculum development and implementation, and also the main body of effective teaching modes and methods, which dominates the curriculum reform. However, at this stage, teachers who are qualified to undertake the task of curriculum reform are scarce, their energy input into curriculum reform is limited, and the lack of a reasonable incentive mechanism has seriously affected the effectiveness of the curriculum reform. Only by strengthening and safeguarding the dominant position of vocational teachers in curriculum reform can the reform of the curriculum be carried out smoothly.
