为了应对新形势新挑战,连锁百货超市亟需构建一个匹配经营模式的财务管理体系,统一管控集团的现金流,统一规划公司的财务管理制度,统一设置财务流程;同时,连锁百货超市还要不断提高财务人员的素质和财务管理的水平,建立财务共享服务中心,才能保证对各个连锁分支机构的财务进行科学的一体化的管理。笔者将从财务共享服务的业务流程、财务共享的应用、财务数据共享等方面对连锁百货超市的财务应用做出分析。
