[目的]明确新疆棉田不同田旋花种群对二甲戊灵的耐药性水平。[方法]采用种子生物测定法测定新疆不同植棉区31份田旋花对二甲戊灵的耐药性。[结果]新疆不同植棉区田旋花对二甲戊灵的耐药水平整体偏低,供测样品中敏感性生物型居多,共17个,占总样品数的54.84%;9个田旋花种群对二甲戊灵具有低水平耐药性,占总样品数的29.03%;5个田旋花种群对二甲戊灵产生了高水平的耐药性,占总样品数的16.13%。[结论]耐药性田旋花群体在新疆主要集中在北疆的第六、七和八师植棉区,除第一师五团样品外,南疆和东疆的田旋花群体对二甲戊灵均较为敏感。
[Objective] The study aimed to determine the drug resistance of pendimethalin in different fields of Xinjiang cotton field. [Method] Seed bioassay was used to determine the drug resistance of 31 volentimets to pendimethalin in different cotton growing areas in. [Result] The resistance level of didenglutinan in different cotton fields in Xinjiang was generally low, with 17 sensitive biotypes, accounting for 54.84% of the total sample number. Among the 9 samples Herbaceous flowers had a low level of resistance to pendimethalin, accounting for 29.03% of the total number of samples. Five climax populations had high levels of resistance to pendimethalin, accounting for 16.13% of the total samples. [Conclusion] The population of drug-resistant Cyclops was mainly concentrated in the sixth, seventh and eighth planting areas in northern Xinjiang. In addition to the samples from the first division and fifth group, Pendimethalin are more sensitive.
