平板三轮车是类似自行车靠体力骑行的一种货运车辆,车宽约1米,载重量因工人体力强弱而异,一般为250~400公斤。这种运输工具,在过去城市道路设计中往往缺乏足够的重视,有些地段的纵坡过陡或坡长过大,都给他们造成上坡的困难。根据目前的货运情况来看,平板三轮车还要担负一定的运输任务,因此在城市道路纵坡度的设计中尤其对经常行驶平板三轮车的道路,应该充分考虑他们的上坡能力。为了解决这一问题,我们对行驶平板三轮车较多的街道加以选择并测量其坡度坡长,共选出25个路
