1 病案摘要患者男 ,13岁 ,因四肢进行性无力 1天于 2 0 0 3年 11月 8日入院。患者四肢麻木、无力 ,并由双下肢向双上肢进行性发展加重 ,肢体难以活动和站立 ,收入 CCU病房诊治。无发热、头痛、咳嗽、呕吐及腹痛。发病前 2周有轻微咽喉疼痛。既往无类似病史 ,无食物、药物过敏
1 case summary Male patient, aged 13, was admitted to hospital on November 8, 2003 due to progressive weakness in his extremities. Patient limb numbness, weakness, and from both lower extremities to the upper extremity progressive development, limbs difficult to move and stand, income CCU ward diagnosis and treatment. No fever, headache, cough, vomiting and abdominal pain. Slight sore throat 2 weeks before onset. No similar past history, no food, drug allergy
