利用INSTRON1346电液伺服控制试验系统,对湘西南地区典型砂质板岩进行室内试验,重点分析了砂质板岩内部定向层理弱面对板岩强度和变形特征的影响。试验结果表明,砂质板岩力学特性具有显著的横观各向同性特征,定向弱面与水平面平行(夹角0°)时,全程应力应变曲线存在明显的压密变形阶段,抗压强度最高,破坏模式为与层面斜交的压剪破坏。当弱面与水平面垂直(夹角90°)时,初始压密变形量较小,峰前主要为线弹性变形,峰值强度比夹角0°低48%,板岩强度各向异性系数为0.68。砂质板岩各向异性力学特性的试验研究为解决工程技术问题提供了基本参数。
The INSTRON1346 electro-hydraulic servo control test system was used to test the typical sandy slate in the southwestern Hunan Province. The influence of the weak face of the directional slate inside the sandy slate on the slate strength and deformation characteristics was analyzed. The test results show that the mechanical properties of sandy slate have obvious transverse isotropy characteristics. When the directional weak plane is parallel to the horizontal plane (with the included angle of 0 °), the whole stress-strain curve has obvious stage of compressive deformation and the compressive strength is the highest , The damage mode is the pressure-shear failure that intersects the level. When the weak plane is perpendicular to the horizontal plane (with an included angle of 90 °), the initial compressive deformation is small, and the peak deformation is mainly linear elastic deformation, the peak intensity is 48% lower than the included angle 0 ° and the anisotropy coefficient of slate is 0.68 . The experimental study of the anisotropic mechanical properties of sandy slate provides the basic parameters for solving engineering problems.
