行政法和宪法都是独立的法律部门,但它们在维护国家安全和公共利益等方面是一致的。宪法是一国之法,在我国的法律体系中不可动摇且独占鳌头,而行政法是宪法的重要组成,其发展离不开宪法的有效指导。同时行政法的发展能够促进宪法的完善、更新、修正,促进宪法的完善和我国法律体系的全面稳定发展。本文将对行政法和宪法之间的关系进行探讨,最后就行政法对宪法的积极功能进行阐述。
Both the administrative law and the constitution are independent legal departments, but they are consistent in safeguarding national security and the public interest. The Constitution is the law of one country, unshakable and the best of the best in our country’s legal system. Administrative law is an important component of the constitution and its development can not be separated from the effective guidance of the Constitution.
