对22个甜高粱品种(系)的8个性状进行主成分分析,确定了反映甜高粱性状的3个主成分,即产量因子、熟期因子、节数因子(累积贡献率达到85%以上)。通过各品种的主成分值选出综合性状优良的品种,其结果与品种的实际表现相一致。证明主成分分析在甜高粱育种中的应用是可行的。
The principal component analysis of 8 traits of 22 sweet sorghum cultivars (lines) identified three main components that reflected sweet sorghum traits, that is, yield factor, ripening factor and node number (the cumulative contribution rate reached 85% or more) . According to the principal component values of all cultivars, the cultivars with good overall traits were selected and the results were consistent with the actual performance of cultivars. It is feasible to prove the application of principal component analysis in sweet sorghum breeding.
