一、目前企业教育的行为是由怎样的结构决定的? 答:大家常说,结构决定行为。现今多数国有企业的教育行为在企业中没有被放在适当的位置,其症结在于教育责任人不明确。从系统思考的角度来看,这是与企业的教育结构有关系的。现有的教育结构导致了工作和学习的分离。那种认为教育主管是某老总,责任人是教育处长、培训中心主任的观念显然是这种教育结构的反映。在跨国公司,企业教育的责任人是各级、各部门主管。教育处长只是企业教育的执行者、协调者、促进者,不是设计者,不对职工素质提高负直接责任,这样可以避免供需分离的矛盾,促进企业教育的健
