目的 :分析不稳定、无法提纯的未结合胆红素 (4Z,1 5 Z-胆红素 α,简称 ZZ)光异构体的校正因子 ,以便临床对它们进行定量分析研究。方法 :采用高效液相色谱对光照前后 ZZ光异构体峰面积进行测定 ,然后通过公式计算校正因子。结果 :两种主要的光异构体的校正因子分别是 :4Z,1 5 E-胆红素 α为 1 .3 3± 0 .0 1 ,光红素为 1 .85± 0 .0 2。结论 :校正因子为临床定量分析 ZZ光异构体提供客观依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the correction factors of unstable and non-purified unconjugated bilirubin (4Z, 1 5 Z-bilirubin α, abbreviated as ZZ) optical isomers so that they can be clinically analyzed quantitatively. Methods: The area of ZZ isomers was measured by HPLC before and after correction, and then the correction factor was calculated by the formula. Results: The calibration factors for the two main optical isomers were 4Z, 15 E-bilirubin α 1.333 ± 0.01, and phototrin 1.85 ± 0.2. Conclusion: The correction factor provides an objective basis for clinical quantitative analysis of ZZ optical isomers.
