这里所讲的新闻策划,是指新闻报道的策划。它是新闻媒介对某一具有典型性、普遍性和具有重要新闻价值的新闻事件,从记者力量、写作形式、版面分配、栏目设置、标题制作等环节,精心规划、科学组织实施的一种报道形式。在二十一世纪的今天,各级党委机关报肩负着历史赋予的光荣而艰巨的任务:既要“守土有责”、弘扬主旋律,做好典型宣传;又要服务群众,及时反映群众的呼声,为群众释疑解惑,正确引导舆论,大胆进行舆论监督。
