目的明确光伏并网发电项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,提出对策,减少职业病的发生。方法依据国家相关标准,采用类比法、检查表法、工程分析法进行综合分析评价。结果光伏发电系统主要由光伏组件、逆变器及升压系统3大部分组成,运行过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要为工频电场、SF6及其分解产物、噪声。类比企业电工接触工频电场的强度小于1 k V/m。结论光伏并网发电项目属于职业病危害一般的建设项目,工作人员接触职业病危害因素浓(强)度远低于职业接触限值,发生职业病的风险程度较低。
Objective To clarify the potential hazards of occupational diseases caused by photovoltaic grid-connected power generation projects, analyze the harm degree and the impact on the health of workers, and put forward countermeasures to reduce occupational diseases. Methods According to the relevant national standards, the methods of analogy, checklist and engineering analysis were used for comprehensive analysis and appraisal. Results The photovoltaic power generation system mainly consisted of 3 main components of PV modules, inverters and voltage boosting system. The main hazards of occupational diseases during operation were power frequency electric field, SF6 and its decomposition products, and noise. The strength of the analogy electrician in contact with the power frequency electric field is less than 1 kV / m. Conclusion The PV grid-connected power generation project belongs to the general construction project with occupational hazards. The concentration (strong) of workers exposed to occupational hazards is much lower than the occupational exposure limits, and the risk of occupational diseases is lower.
