已证实异丙肾上腺素和间羟舒喘宁能提高氨茶碱的清除率。最近又证明静脉内给舒喘宁可使严重哮喘儿童体内氨茶碱的清除率增加2倍,但静脉途径并不常用,故用口服和吸入法观察舒喘灵对成人体内氨茶碱清除率的影响。共10例正常不吸烟志愿者,年龄23~30岁,体重在理想体重±10%以内。采用随机交叉对照试验的方法,给氨茶碱后分三种情况试验,每种试验间隔1周:①合用口服舒喘灵4mg/6h,共48h;②合用吸入舒喘灵200μg/6h,共48h。以上两种试验均在静脉输入氨茶碱(5.6mg/kg 20min)后12h停用;③单用氨茶碱静脉输入作对照。于静注氨茶碱前10min和
Isoproterenol and methotrexate have been shown to improve aminophylline clearance. Recently, it has been demonstrated that intravenous administration of salbutamol causes a 2-fold increase of aminophylline clearance in children with severe asthma, but intravenous routes are not commonly used. Therefore, oral and inhalation methods are used to observe the effects of salbutamol on aminophylline clearance in adults influences. A total of 10 cases of normal non-smoking volunteers, aged 23 to 30 years old, body weight within the ideal body weight ± 10%.
