《体育与健康课程标准》中提出:“体育活动不仅有助于身体健康,也能增进心理健康。本课程十分重视通过体育活动来提高学生的自信心、意志品质和调节情绪的能力。在教学中,我们要避免只重视运动技能的传授,而忽视心理健康目标达成的现象;要努力使学生在体育活动过程中既掌握基本的运动技能,又发展心理品质;要注意创设专门的情境,采取特别的手段,促进学生心理健康水平的提高。”
The Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard states: “Physical activity not only contributes to good health, but also enhances mental health.
