颈动脉体瘤少见,临床常易误诊。本文应用彩色多普勒超声技术诊断6例颈动脉体瘤,均经病理证实,现报道如下。 资料与方法 本组6例中男4例,应用美国HP77020AC型彩超仪观察患侧颈动脉分叉处二维结构,确定瘤体与动脉之间的关系,观察彩色血流显示情况,并在其引导下测定颈动脉分支和瘤体内血循环状况。 结果 从二维结构看,6例颈动脉体瘤均位于颈动脉分歧部(图1),表面光滑,边界清晰,内部多表现为中强点状回声,夹杂着管状及小片状液性暗区
Carotid body tumors are rare and often misdiagnosed in clinical practice. In this paper, color Doppler ultrasonography was used to diagnose 6 cases of carotid body tumors, all of which were confirmed by pathology and are reported as follows.
