基于DEFORM软件,研究17CrNiMo6钢内齿圈渗碳工艺仿真中的关键技术问题。在扩散系数模型建立时,考虑温度和含碳量双重因素的影响,给出关于温度和含碳量的扩散系数函数;在确定界限含碳量时,考虑合金成分及淬火油冷速等因素影响,得到界限含碳量具体数值。用确定出的17CrNiMo6钢内齿圈渗碳淬火工艺流程与参数,及DEFORM软件对17CrNiMo6钢内齿圈渗碳进行仿真。对仿真结果与实际热处理工艺技术要求进行对比,表明给出的扩散系数函数、界限含碳量正确合理,仿真准确度较高。
Based on DEFORM software, the key technical issues in the carburizing process simulation of 17CrNiMo6 steel ring gear are studied. When the model of diffusion coefficient is established, considering the influence of the dual factors of temperature and carbon content, the diffusion coefficient function about temperature and carbon content is given. When determining the limit carbon content, the influence of alloy composition and quenching oil cooling rate and other factors , Get the specific value of the limit carbon content. The 17CrNiMo6 steel ring with carburizing and quenching process and parameters, and the DEFORM software simulation of 17CrNiMo6 steel ring gear carburizing. The simulation results and actual heat treatment process technology requirements are compared, indicating that the diffusion coefficient function, the boundaries of carbon content is correct and reasonable, simulation accuracy is high.
