本文报告静注葛根素可有效地限制犬急性实验性心肌梗塞范围(IS),此结果系经心外膜电图、CPK、~(99m)Tc-PYP 心肌扫描图及心肌N-BT 病理染色证实。本结果提示葛根素静脉应用于急性心肌梗塞尤其合并心功能不全的患者是有益和安全的。
This report reported that intravenous injection of puerarin can effectively limit the acute experimental myocardial infarct size (IS) in dogs. The results are epicardial electrocardiogram, CPK, ~(99m)Tc-PYP myocardial scan and myocardial N-BT pathological staining. Confirmed. The results suggest that puerarin intravenously is beneficial and safe for patients with acute myocardial infarction, especially with cardiac insufficiency.
