金不换为广西少数民族民间常用药物,也是提取罗通定(Rotundini)的原料。药材来源于防己科千金藤属植物的块根,主要分布于广西西南部和云南东南部。广西中药材标准第二册收载有三个种:广西地不容Stephania kwangsinensis H.S.Lo、小花地不容Stephania micrantha H.S.Lo et M.Yang、桂南地不容Stephania kuinanensis H.S.Lo et M.Yang。本文在适宜的色谱条件下,测定了这三种不同来源金不换的盐酸罗通定含量,取得满意结果,可供原料选择及
Gold is not used as a common drug for ethnic minorities in Guangxi, but it is also the raw material for Rotundini. Medicinal herbs originate from the roots of Thyssetsimaceae, mainly distributed in southwestern Guangxi and southeastern Yunnan. There are three kinds of standards in the second volume of Guangxi’s traditional Chinese medicine standards: Stephania kwangsinensis H.S.Lo in Guangxi, Stephania micrantha H.S.Lo et M.Yang in the small flower land, and Stephania kuinanensis H.S.Lo et M.Yang in the south of Guangxi. In this paper, under the appropriate chromatographic conditions, the content of rotendin hydrochloride in three different sources of gold was determined, and satisfactory results were obtained.
