诊疗疾病必须以医生面诊为准则。这句话看似简单,做起来不容易。在笔者40余年的行医生涯中,经常会遇到这样的情形:病人家属以各种各样的理由,如患者年事已高,或病情严重,或人在外地等等理由未能来看病,委托其亲友家属拿着患者的检查报告、化验单来门诊挂号,让笔者给出诊疗方案。笔者认为,如果真的根据患者的化验单和检查报告草率得出诊断意见,是对患者不负责任的做法,也是一种不规范的诊疗行为。
