针对钢筋调直切断机长时间运转导致钢筋长度差距过大,断口斜度较大的问题,在分析飞剪切断工作机理的基础上,运用空间解析几何基础理论,通过ANSYS Workbench静力学仿真分析,计算出钢筋切断机传动机构轴端、轴中以及键的形变及刀夹的扭转。通过计算以及仿真的数据,对切断误差成因进行判断,最终证实传动轴上键的排布方式对切断机切断效果有较大影响,通过对传动机构上键的排布方式进行改进以达到对机构工作性能的优化。
