水轮发电机组的推力轴承的传统结构是采用动压推力轴承,但在频繁启动和停机工况下,动压轴承磨损严重,烧瓦事故时有发生,改用动静压推力轴承后,实机使用证明效果满意,文中介绍了该轴承的工作原理以及在发电机组中的应用,举例说明了实机应用的情况和改进前后的效益对比.
The traditional structure of the thrust bearing of hydroelectric generating set adopts the dynamic pressure thrust bearing, but under the condition of frequent start-up and shut-down, the dynamic pressure bearing is worn seriously and occurs during the burning accident.
