目的探讨凉血活血中药紫癜清颗粒对过敏性紫癜患者NK细胞水平的影响。方法将患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予紫癜清颗粒,对照组给予糖品质激素,紫癜性肾炎联合应用雷公藤多苷片。应用流式细胞仪检测患者NK细胞水平。结果治疗组腹痛、关节痛缓解时间较对照组慢(P<0.05),皮肤紫斑改善时间与对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),肾脏损伤改善则优于对照组(P<0.05),血尿、蛋白尿消褪时间明显缩短(P<0.05)。患者治疗前NK细胞明显低于正常,治疗后细胞水平显著升高(P<0.05),但仍低于健康对照组,两组间比较治疗组细胞水平升高明显(P<0.05)。结论凉血活血中药紫癜清颗粒可以改善过敏性紫癜患者NK细胞水平,临床疗效显著。 Objective To investigate the effect of purpuraqing granule on the levels of NK cells in patients with allergic purpura. Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with ZiQuQing granule. Conclusion Zuoxue Huoxue Purpura Granule can improve the level of NK cells in patients with allergic purpura and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
