目的探讨化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron specific enolase,NSE)、镁离子(magnesium,Mg~(2-1))水平变化及临床意义。方法 31例化脓性脑膜炎患儿作为观察组,22例同期住院怀疑中枢神经系统疾病但脑脊液正常,最后确诊为上呼吸道感染的患儿作为对照组。用化学发光法测定NSE,终点法测定Mg~(2+)。结果化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液NSE、Mg~(2-1)水平分别为(23.25±8.1 2)μg/L和(1.09±0.09)mmol/L,对照组分别为(10.50±3.88)μg/L和(1.16±0.08)mmol/L,化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑脊液NSE显著增高,Mg~(2+)显著降低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);且脑脊液NSE、Mg~(2+)与脑脊液蛋白、葡萄糖无明显相关性。结论脑脊液NSE、Mg~(2-1)可作为判断化脓性脑膜炎患儿脑组织损伤的客观指标之一。
Objective To investigate the changes of cerebrospinal fluid neuron specific enolase (NSE) and magnesium (Mg ~ (2-1)) in children with purulent meningitis and its clinical significance. Methods Totally 31 children with purulent meningitis were selected as the observation group. Twenty-two children with suspected central nervous system diseases and normal cerebrospinal fluid were hospitalized in the same period. The children with upper respiratory tract infection who were finally diagnosed as the control group were enrolled. NSE was determined by chemiluminescence and Mg ~ (2+) was determined by end point method. Results The levels of NSE and Mg ~ (2-1) in cerebrospinal fluid of children with purulent meningitis were (23.25 ± 8.12) μg / L and (1.09 ± 0.09) mmol / L, respectively, and those of the control group were (10.50 ± 3.88) μg / L and (1.16 ± 0.08) mmol / L, respectively. The NSE in cerebrospinal fluid of children with purulent meningitis was significantly increased, and the content of Mg ~ (2+) was significantly lower in the two groups (P <0.01) ~ (2+) and cerebrospinal fluid protein, glucose no significant correlation. Conclusions NSE and Mg ~ (2-1) in cerebrospinal fluid can be used as one of the objective indexes for judging brain tissue injury in children with purulent meningitis.
