1 引言数字签名概念自1976年提出以来,引起了密码应用界和计算机网络界的普遍关注。密码学研究者根据各种应用环境的要求,先后设计出了多种数字签名方案,国际标准组织于1984年专门为此立项,指定SC20下属的第二工作组具体负责数字签名的标准化工作。SC20将数字签名正式分为带印章的数字签名、带影子的数字签名和使用Hash函数的数字签名三大类,并于1988年5月提出了“数据加密:使用Hash函数的数字签名”标准建议草案,即DP9796,1989年10月,该草案经修订后提升为DIS 9796。
1 Introduction The concept of digital signature since its introduction in 1976 has aroused the widespread concern of the cryptography community and the computer network community. Cryptography researchers have designed a variety of digital signature schemes according to the requirements of various application environments. The International Standards Organization (IS) established this project in 1984 and assigned the second working group under SC20 to be responsible for the standardization of digital signatures. SC20 formally divides digital signatures into digital signatures with seal, digital signatures with shadow and digital signatures using Hash function. In May 1988, it proposed the standard of “Data Encryption: Digital Signature Using Hash Function” Draft, DP9796, October 1989, revised to DIS 9796.
