通过分析汶川地震通信受损情况阐述了建立山区应急指挥通信系统的重要作用,提出了平流层山区应急指挥通信系统结构:在平流层通信平台上设计微波通信系统、无线数字集群通信系统和无线广播系统,微波通信系统用于省与县指挥中心之间的指挥通信,无线数字集群通信系统以及无线广播系统用于县与村指挥中心之间的指挥通信。由此构成的山区应急通信指挥系统使用维护成本低,通信内容保密性好,可以应对各种灾情险情。
By analyzing the communication damage in Wenchuan earthquake, the paper describes the important role of establishing emergency command and communication system in mountain area and puts forward the structure of emergency command and communication system in the mountainous area: designing the microwave communication system, wireless digital trunked communication system and radio broadcasting on the stratospheric communication platform System, the microwave communication system is used for the commanding communication between provincial and county command centers, the wireless digital trunking communication system and the wireless broadcasting system for commanding communications between the county and village command centers. The composition of the mountain emergency communications command system with low maintenance costs, confidentiality of communication is good, can deal with a variety of disaster danger.
