目的　研究川贝枇杷含片对实验动物的止咳、平喘、化痰作用。方法　分别以川贝枇杷含片低、高剂量给实验动物给药。结果　川贝枇杷含片可明显抑制机械性刺激而致的豚鼠咳嗽反射 ;对磷酸组胺引起的气管螺旋痉挛有明显的解痉作用 ;可明显增加小鼠痰液分泌量。结论　川贝枇杷含片动物实验证明 :对实验动物 ,有显著止咳、平喘、化痰作用 Objective To study the antitussive, antiasthmatic, and phlegm-removing effects of Chuanbeiqi tablet on experimental animals. Methods The experimental animals were given low dose and high dose respectively. RESULTS Chuanbeiqi lozenge could significantly inhibit the cough reflex of guinea pigs induced by mechanical stimulation, had obvious antispasmodic effect on histamine-induced tracheal spiral spasm, and significantly increased the secretion of sputum in mice. Conclusion The experimental study of Chuanbeijing tablets showed that: For experimental animals, there is significant cough, asthma and phlegm.
