正常对照组18例,特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)33例及脾功能亢进组9例,在幼稚及颗粒巨核细胞阶段,ITP者骨髓巨核细胞中GPⅠb、GPⅡb、GPIⅢa的积分光密度(IOD)均明显低于正常组和脾亢组。认为其原因可能是ITP自身抗体作用于巨核细胞,使之发育受损,成熟障碍所致。
18 cases of normal control group, 33 cases of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) and 9 cases of hypersplenism. At the naive and granular megakaryocyte stage, the integrated optical density of GPⅠb, GPⅡb and GPIⅢa in the bone marrow megakaryocytes of ITP ( IOD) were significantly lower than the normal group and hypersplenism group. That the reason may be the role of ITP autoantibodies in megakaryocytes, so that impaired development, due to maturation disorders.
