目的建立全血中13种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的分析方法。方法样品用纯水稀释,加入消泡剂和同位素内标,采用选择离子扫描模式,内标法定量。结果该方法在0.023~5.76 ng/ml的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数均大于0.995,血样进样量为5.00 ml时,方法检出限为0.03~0.58μg/L。加标浓度为0.184、0.553 ng/ml时,回收率为81.4%~117.8%,相对标准偏差为2.50%~12.3%。结论该方法可用于大批量样品的生物监测,适用于人群中VOCs内暴露测定。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of 13 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in whole blood. Methods The samples were diluted with pure water, added with defoamer and isotope internal standard, and selected ion scan mode was used for internal standard method. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0.023-5.76 ng / ml with the correlation coefficient greater than 0.995. The detection limit of the method was 0.03-0.58 μg / L when the blood sample volume was 5.00 ml. The recoveries ranged from 81.4% to 117.8% at spiking concentrations of 0.184 and 0.553 ng / ml with relative standard deviations of 2.50% to 12.3%. Conclusion This method can be used for the biological monitoring of large quantities of samples and is suitable for the determination of VOCs exposure in the population.
