目的探讨液基细胞学检查（TCT）联合人乳头瘤病毒基因（HPV-DNA）分型检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值。方法对28 524例女性患者进行TCT检测,其中5 932例TCT诊断为不能明确意义的非典型鳞状细胞（ASCUS）及以上的患者均行HPV-DNA分型检测及宫颈活检,分析TCT和HPV感染与宫颈癌及癌前病变的相关性。结果共检测样本28 524例,其中良性病变22 592例（79.20%）,ASCUS 4 824例（16.91%）,鳞状上皮内低度病变（LSIL）776例（2.72%）,鳞状上皮内高度病变（H
