高高原机场环境特殊,并非所有飞机都适应。在高高原机场起降,国内比较常见的高高原机型发动机一般是CFM56系列。通过对空客A319飞机发动机CFM56-5B在高高原机场冷启动失败原因的分析,为及时排除发动机启动故障提供依据,总结经验,可提高发动机在高高原运行的可靠性,减少航班延误率。本文从CFM56-5B性能与海拔高度、大气温度的关系入手,根据高高原机场过夜后的第一个航班启动失败具体表现,如启动超温、启动失速、点火失败、启动悬挂等,分析出高高原启动失败原因。针对这些问题,通过优化启动程序、采取相应启动措施,确保发动机在高高原机场有较高的启动成功率。
High altitude airport special environment, not all aircraft are adapted. In the plateau airport takeoff and landing, the more common domestic high plateau engine is generally CFM56 series. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the cold start of Airbus A319 aircraft CFR56-5B at high altitude airport, it provides a basis for timely troubleshooting of engine starting failure and summing up experience to improve the reliability of engine running in high altitude and reduce the flight delay rate.
