梗丝形态对细支卷烟主流烟气及燃烧特性影响

为探寻细支卷烟的降本增效路径,开展了微波膨胀梗丝、薄压细切及常规气流梗丝在细支卷烟中的应用效果评价,考察了三种梗丝对细支卷烟物理特性、混合均匀度、常规主流烟气成分、动态吸阻稳定性、烟气粒径分布、燃烧锥体积及速率、7种有害成分及感官品质的影响.结果表明:①相对于常规传统气流梗丝而言,微波膨胀梗丝对细支卷烟吸阻影响更大,在相同试验条件下,其掺配样吸阻均值较常规传统气流梗丝样大113Pa.②微波膨胀梗丝和薄压细切气流梗丝的掺配均匀度均值分别为97.674%、97.005%,均大于常规气流梗丝的掺配均匀度均值94.846%.③常规主流烟气成分释放量的相对标准偏差(RSD)为评价指标,细支卷烟样品稳定性排序为:微波膨胀梗丝掺配样>薄压细切气流梗丝掺配样>常规气流梗丝掺配样,感官品质得分与此排序一致,常规气流梗丝掺配样的抽吸均衡性差、木质气重,感官品质得分最低;④较常规气流梗丝掺配样,微波膨胀梗丝及薄压细切气流梗丝掺配样动态吸阻稳定性更优,这与三种梗丝的掺配均匀度均值排序一致;⑤三种梗丝掺配样的中值粒径(CMD)均值基本一致,均分布在146nm附近.其中微波膨胀梗丝掺配样的逐口抽吸粒子浓度最大;⑥薄压细切气流梗丝掺配样的燃烧速率及燃烧锥体积均最大,其燃烧更充分;⑦7项有害成分方面,常规气流梗丝降低苯酚、巴豆醛及NNK的效果最优,其卷烟危害性指数均低于微波膨胀梗丝与薄压细切气流梗丝掺配样,表明前者在细支烟中的减害作用较优.“,”To explore a way for cost-saving and profit-increasing of super-slim cigarette,a study was conducted on three tobacco stems,namely,microwave-expanded tobacco cut stem,small rolling clearance pneumatic-dried cut stem,and normal rolling clearancepneumatic-dried cut stem. The shape and blending ratio of the cut stem were investigated. The change regularity of physical proper-ties,blending uniformity,regular mainstream cigarette smoke component,smoking particle size distribution,cigarette burning cone volume and burning rate,dynamic suction resistance,seven harmful components,and sensory quality were investigated systematical-ly. The results showed that:1)the draw resistance of the super-slim cigarette that is blended with the microwave-expanded tobacco stem was 113. 6 Pa higher than that of the normal rolling clearance cut stem,showing that its effect on cigarette resistance is greater than the traditional pneumatic-dried cut stem. 2 )The mixing uniformity rates of the super-slim cigarette were 97. 674% and 97. 005%when blended with the microwave-expanded and smaller rolling clearance cut stems,respectively;the blending ratio of the normal rolling clearance cut stem was only 94. 846%. 3)Taking the relative standard deviation values of regular mainstream smoke component as the evaluation index,the super-slim cigarette stability was in the following order:the microwave-expanded cut stem was superior to the smaller rolling clearance cut stem,and both are better than the normal rolling clearance cut stem. Sensory quality of cigarettes blended with cut stem had the same sequence. The super-slim cigarettes that were blended with the normal rolling clearance cut stem were the worst because of the smoking instability and heavy smell of wood. 4)Compared with the normal rolling clearance cut stem,cigarettes with microwave-expanded cut stem and smaller rolling clearance cut stem had better dynamic suction resistance stability,which was consistent with the mixing uniformity sequence. 5)Cigarettes with microwave-expanded cut stem has the maximum average puff-by-puff particle number concentration,the CMD average of the three cut stem blending cigarettes were basically the same and all distributed in the left and right of 146 nm. 6)Cigarettes with a smaller rolling clearance cut stem burning more sufficiently,which had the fastest burning rate and burning cone volume size. 7 )In deliveries of seven harmful components, cigarettes with normal rolling clearance pneumatic-dried cut stem had minimum hazard index(H)and were better in reducing phe-nol,NNK and Crotonaldehyde in mainstream cigarette smoke. Viewing from the hazard index of cigarette,the cigarette blended with normal rolling clearance pneumatic-dried cut stem was slightly better than that blended with the other two cut stems.
