1 动作速度的概念 动作速度是速度的一种。在竞技体育中,它是十分重要的速度形式之一。由于它受较多因素影响,所以,对它的研究也十分活跃。目前,较权威的教科书、专业书或研究论文中都认为它是“完成单个动作的时间长短”。粗看起来,这好像解释得合情、合理、一语中的,但仔细研究一下,动作速度的内部运行机制是什么?影响因素又是什么?它的本质特征是什么?也就是说动作速度深层次活动规律如何?因此,笔者认为,目前动作速度的定义仅仅是对它的活动形式的外表描述,没有反应出动作速度的本质特征。这种外表描述性的定义,在科学理论的研究中难以胜任,在运动训练中,也会降低训练效果。因此,本文试图从生理学角度出发,对动作速度的生理学机制进行研究,重新理解动作速度,并提出训练方法。
