本试验以转Bt+Cp TI基因抗虫棉花SGK321与其亲本石远321为研究对象,研究普通草蛉幼虫捕食2种棉花上棉蚜的捕食功能反应和搜寻效应,旨在评价转Bt+Cp TI基因棉花对普通草蛉幼虫捕食功能的影响,为转Bt基因棉花对非靶标昆虫的评价研究提供参考。结果表明,普通草蛉幼虫随龄期的增长对棉蚜的瞬时攻击率加快,普通草蛉1龄幼虫取食SGK321和石远321棉花上棉蚜的瞬时攻击率为0.045和0.044,至3龄时瞬时攻击率可达0.107和0.093,但处理和对照间差异并未达显著水平;普通草蛉幼虫对SGK321和石远321棉花上棉蚜的取食时间分别从1龄的0.984和0.992 h减少到3龄的0.130和0.125 h,但普通草蛉对2种棉花上棉蚜的处理时间差异并未达显著水平。当N0→∞时,取食2种棉花上棉蚜的普通草蛉幼虫日最大捕食量之间亦不存在显著差异。随着棉蚜密度的增加,普通草蛉各龄幼虫对2种棉花上棉蚜的搜寻效应均呈下降趋势,即1龄幼虫由0.0239和0.0235降为0.015和0.0148;2龄幼虫由0.0479和0.0464降为0.0245和0.0242;3龄幼虫由0.0631和0.0588降为0.0207和0.0207。研究表明转Bt+Cp TI基因棉花对普通草蛉幼虫捕食棉蚜的功能反应和搜寻效应没有显著的影响。
In this study, the transgenic Bt + Cp TI insect-resistant cotton SGK321 and its parent Shiyuan 321 were used as research objects to study the predation-response and search effects of common grasshopper larvae on two kinds of cotton aphids. The aim was to evaluate the effects of Bt + Cp TI The effect of transgenic cotton on the predation function of larvae of common grass larvae was discussed, which could provide references for the evaluation of non-target insects on transgenic Bt cotton. The results showed that the instantaneous attack rate of A. latifolia on A. gossypii increased with the increase of age. The instant attack rates of first instar larvae on SGK321 and Shiyuan 321 cotton aphids were 0.045 and 0.044, respectively, The instantaneous attack rate was up to 0.107 and 0.093, but the difference between treatment and control did not reach significant level. The feeding time of A. larvae on the cotton aphid on SGK321 and Shiyuan 321 decreased from 0.984 and 0.992 h at the first instar To the third instar of 0.130 and 0.125 h, but the difference of the treatment time of two kinds of cotton aphid on common cottonseed did not reach the significant level. When N0 → ∞, there was no significant difference between the maximum daily predation rates of larvae fed on two kinds of cotton on cotton aphids. With the increase of cotton aphid density, the search effect of the larvae on two cotton aphids showed a downward trend at different instars, ie, the first instar larvae decreased from 0.0239 and 0.0235 to 0.015 and 0.0148, while the second larvae from 0.0479 and 0.0464 Down to 0.0245 and 0.0242; 3rd instar larvae decreased from 0.0631 and 0.0588 to 0.0207 and 0.0207. The results showed that the transgenic Bt + Cp TI cotton had no significant effect on the functional response and search effect of cotton budworm.
