在参考国内外文献资料基础上,利用FORTRAN语言编写回热器流动换热计算程序,完成回热器流阻和换热特性计算。根据计算结果,设计、加工了U型管式回热器试验件。试验研究了燃气冷气流量比、温比、回热器与燃气流向夹角以及回热器套管等参数对回热器流阻换热特性的影响,并将试验结果与计算结果进行对比分析,验证校核了回热器数值计算方法的有效性。研究表明,温比对回热器的换热效率影响较小,流量比和回热器与燃气流向夹角对流阻和换热效率影响很大。
On the basis of referring to domestic and foreign documents and references, the program of calculating the heat transfer of regenerator is compiled by using FORTRAN language, and the calculation of the flow resistance and heat transfer characteristics of the regenerator is completed. According to the calculation results, a U-shaped tubular regenerator test piece was designed and manufactured. The effects of gas-air flow ratio, temperature ratio, the angle between regenerator and gas flow, and the parameters of regenerator casing on the heat transfer characteristics of the regenerator were studied experimentally and compared with the calculated results. Verification verified the effectiveness of the numerical method for the regenerator. The results show that the temperature ratio has little effect on the heat transfer efficiency of the regenerator, and the flow ratio and the convection resistance and heat transfer efficiency between the regenerator and the gas flow direction greatly influence.
