本文报导了用酸性五氯化锑溶液作浸出剂浸出硫化锑矿生产锑白的新工艺。本工艺包括浸出、还原、水解、中和、浸出剂再生等主要过程,产品质量符合我国三氧化二锑标准中的零级标准,浸出剂经氯气氧化再生后返回使用。 This paper reports a new process for the production of antimony white by leaching antimony sulfide ore with acid antimony pentachloride solution as a leaching agent. The process includes the main processes of leaching, reduction, hydrolysis, neutralization and regeneration of leaching agent. The quality of the products meets the zero-grade standard in China’s antimony trioxide standards. The leaching agent is recycled after being oxidized and regenerated by chlorine gas.
