一、前言齿轮联轴器是回转机械重要的构件之一,它不仅仅是用来连接主、从动轴传递扭矩,而且还要求能补偿两轴间的安装误差,并吸收热变形,以减小机械振动实现平稳运转。齿轮联轴器结构型式如图1所示,主要由带齿的内齿圈和外齿套组成,通过内外齿啮合来传递扭矩。图1(b)所示的齿轮联轴器,其内齿圈为浮动体。与其它型式的联轴器相比,齿轮联轴器具有外形小,传递动力大等优点。但应指 I.
