研究了压力铸造条件下,在汽车用高导热Al Si10.5合金中加入不同的Mg对压铸组织、抗拉强度、电导率的影响。在固定压铸工艺条件下,随着Mg含量的增加,抗拉强度不断增大,当Mg含量达0.4%时,抗拉强度达307.5 MPa;但电导率在不断下降,由原材料的22.49 MS/m下降至18.41 MS/m。
The effects of different Mg additions on the die-cast structure, tensile strength and electrical conductivity of automotive high heat-conductive Al Si 10.5 alloy were investigated under pressure casting conditions. Under the conditions of fixed die-casting, the tensile strength increases with the increase of Mg content, and the tensile strength reaches 307.5 MPa when the Mg content reaches 0.4%. However, the conductivity decreases continuously from 22.49 MS / m Down to 18.41 MS / m.
