目的 研究活性氧(ROS)的表达与肾血管性高血压(RVH)大鼠左室肥厚的关系,探讨ROS在RVH大鼠左室肥厚发生、发展中的作用。方法将20只体重200g左右的雄性W istar大鼠,随机分为2组(n=10),建立两肾一夹肾血管性高血压大鼠左心室肥厚模型:对照组(SHAM)、实验组(2K1C),术后12周终止实验。结果实验组收缩压(SBP)、左心室重量指数(LVM I)、心脏重量指数、心肌胶原容积分数(CVF)及活性氧(ROS)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而抗氧化酶(SOD和GSH-PX)的活性低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论肾血管性高血压大鼠ROS表达增多,提示ROS参与了肾血管性高血压左心室肥厚的形成过程。
Objective To investigate the relationship between reactive oxygen species (ROS) expression and left ventricular hypertrophy in renovascular hypertensive rats (RVH) and to explore the role of ROS in the development and progression of left ventricular hypertrophy in RVH rats. Methods Twenty male Wistar rats weighing 200 g were randomly divided into two groups (n = 10). The model of left ventricular hypertrophy was established in two kidneys one-clip renovascular hypertensive rats: control group (SHAM), experimental group (2K1C), 12 weeks after the termination of the experiment. Results The levels of SBP, LVM I, CVF, CVF and ROS in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01) Oxidase (SOD and GSH-PX) activity was lower than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The increased expression of ROS in renovascular hypertensive rats suggests that ROS participates in the process of the formation of left ventricular hypertrophy in renovascular hypertensive rats.
