《全宋词》册二页九一四收有词人名周格非者《绿头鸭》词一首。依《全宋词》体例,为周格非立小传云:格非,宣和问严州守,直龙图阁。按:查《严州图经》卷一“郡守题名”下载:周格,宣和(四)[三]年(11 22)四月十八日以奉直大夫、直龙图阁知,七年正月十四日罢。《宋会要辑稿·选举》三三之三六:宣和三年十二月二十七日,朝请大夫知严州周格直秘阁。二书都作周格。又《淳熙严州图经》记载说:“遂安军门楼,旧睦州门,宣和三年因升为节度,知州周格建。”“潇洒楼在州宅正寝之北,宣和三年知州周格建。”“宁顺庙,宣和二年方腊之乱,焚毁其庙,知州周格委知县叶辉重建庙。”亦明确作周格。据此,《全宋词》作周格非,
