本文报道药用紫草(Lithosperunm officnale)、维基尼阿地笋(Lycopus virginicus L.)、药用蜜蜂花(Melissa officnalis L.)和欧百里香(Thymus-serpyllum L.)等植物的冻干提取物(FDE)急性或慢性给药甲状腺机能正常或低下大鼠,观察血清甲状腺素、三碘甲状腺氨酸、血清催乳激素水平,以便阐明FDE对循环促甲状腺激素(TSH)和/或对TSH分泌、催乳激素抑制作用的影响。雄性SPF Wistar大鼠,分别饲以食物和水;低碘食物(0.005mg/kg)、0.15%丙基硫尿嘧啶(PTU)和去离子水,得到甲状腺机能正常和甲状腺腺肿的大鼠。
