本文研究了桂利嗪与7,7,8,8-四氰基对二次甲基苯醌(TCNQ)的荷移(CT)反应,确立了荷移反应的最佳条件。结果表明:在丙酮-甲醇介质中,二者于室温条件下10 m in 即可形成1∶1 的络合物,在其最大吸收波长743 nm 处表观摩尔吸光系数ε= 1.58×104 L·m ol- 1·cm - 1,在0~18 μg·m L- 1 范围内符合比尔定律。方法的相对标准偏差小于3% (n= 10)。对形成CT络合物的机理进行了探讨。并应用拟定的方法对样品桂利嗪片进行了含量测定,结果与标准方法一致,回收率符合要求
In this paper, the charge-transfer (CT) reaction of cinnarizine with 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) was studied and the optimum conditions for the charge-transfer reaction were established. The results showed that the 1: 1 complex was formed after 10 min in acetone-methanol at room temperature, and the apparent molar absorptivity ε = 1.58 × 104 at the maximum absorption wavelength of 743 nm L · mol-1 · cm-1, Beer’s law was in the range of 0 ~ 18 μg · m L -1. The relative standard deviation of the method was less than 3% (n = 10). The formation of CT complex mechanism was discussed. The proposed method was applied to the determination of cinnarizine tablets. The results were consistent with standard methods and the recovery rate was satisfactory
