目的 :显示止血带结扎后缺氧骨骼肌。方法 :改进显示缺氧心肌的碱性复红法 ,即延长苏木素染色时间并增加盐酸酒精分化的步骤。结果 :缺氧骨骼肌纤维呈艳红色 ,正常骨骼肌纤维呈黄色 ,细胞核呈蓝黑色 ;平滑肌着色不规律 ;实验各组均见艳红色肌纤维 ,且 2h组较 1h组明显 ,老式止血带组较卡式止血带组明显。结论 :改进后的方法各种着色清晰度增加 ,色彩对比明显 ,染色效果更佳。此法不仅应用于传统的心肌缺氧染色 ,而且还可应用于缺氧骨骼肌的染色 ,扩大了应用范围
Purpose: To show hypoxia skeletal muscle after tourniquet ligation. METHODS: The basic complex red method of displaying hypoxic myocardium was improved, ie the step of prolonging the hematoxylin staining time and increasing the alcoholic differentiation of hydrochloric acid.
