目的建立了测定痕量铁的双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度分析的新方法。研究在盐酸介质中,铁(Ⅲ)催化过氧化氢氧化亚甲基蓝使其褪色反应的最佳条件及探讨其反应机制。方法通过测量催化体系和非催化体系在610nm和666nm下吸光度的变化,用双波长指示催化动力学光度法以测定痕量铁(Ⅲ)。结果线性范围为0.2~3.0μg/25ml,检出限为9.24×10-11g/ml。结论本方法灵敏度高,体系稳定,操作简便,用于实际样品中铁的测定,结果较为满意。
Aim To establish a new method for the determination of trace iron by dual-wavelength dual-indicator catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions for the oxidation of methylene blue by hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Fe (Ⅲ) in hydrochloric acid were studied and the reaction mechanism was discussed. Methods By measuring the changes of absorbance at 610 nm and 666 nm for both catalytic and non-catalytic systems, a dual-wavelength catalytic spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of trace iron (Ⅲ). The linear range was 0.2-3.0μg / 25ml with the detection limit of 9.24 × 10-11g / ml. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, stable system, easy operation and is used in the determination of iron in real samples. The results are satisfactory.
