近年来,随着人民生活水平的提高,城乡市场对禽蛋需求的数量剧增,养鸡事业迅猛发展,集约化程度也不断提高,鸡舍及鸡粪处理场所散发的臭气污染了周围的空气,危害人民和禽畜的健康,为解决鸡粪臭气对环境的污染,我场于1992年8月至1993年8月对研制的鸡粪除臭剂进行了测试,取得了满意的效果。 一、材料与方法 1、采用自行配制的除臭剂一号和除臭剂二号。除臭剂一号呈酸性,为蓝色液体;除臭剂二号为无色酸性液体。采用红外光谱分析法分析鸡粪发酵所产生的臭气组成成分。 2、申宝大型鸡场鸡粪处理厂采用自然发酵法使鸡粪干燥,厂内生产车间散发着大量刺激性的臭气。我们用气体采样管随机采集鸡粪处理车间内的空气二份,一份作对照组,另一份作试验组,通过一号除臭剂,分
