目的研究社区综合干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者生存质量的影响。方法选取珠海市前山社区44名COPD患者随机分为观察组、对照组两组,对观察组进行社区综合干预,时间为期1年,于干预前后进行生存质量评分比较。结果观察组病例经社区综合干预后,较对照组生存质量有明显改善,各项评分前后对比,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论社区综合性干预能改善COPD患者的生存质量。 Objective To study the effect of community-based intervention on the quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Forty-four patients with COPD in Qian Shan community of Zhuhai were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Community-based intervention was performed on the observation group for one year, and the quality of life scores were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the comprehensive intervention in community, the quality of life of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group. There was significant difference between before and after the scores (all P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive community intervention can improve the quality of life in COPD patients.
