目的 :观察退高黄汤对实验性大鼠胆汁淤积的作用。方法 :大鼠用α 萘异硫氰酸脂 (ANIT)诱发胆汁淤积模型 ,48小时后断头取血 ,分离血清 ,检测相关肝功能指标 ,分别于光镜、电镜下观察各组大鼠肝组织病理变化情况。结果 :退高黄汤可使TBIL、DBIL、ALT、AST及TAB明显下降 ;肝组织病变程度明显减轻。结论 :退高黄汤具有降低实验性胆汁淤积大鼠血清胆红素、转氨酶水平及显著改善其肝组织病理变化的作用
Objective : To observe the effect of Tuo Gao Huang Tang on experimental cholestasis of rats. METHODS: The rat model of cholestasis was induced with α-naphthalene isothiocyanate (ANIT). After 48 hours, the rats were decapitated and blood was taken. The serum was separated and the related liver function parameters were detected. The rats’ livers were observed under light microscope and electron microscope respectively. Histopathological changes. Results: The TBIL, DBIL, ALT, AST, and TAB were significantly decreased in the decoction with high blood stasis, and the liver tissue lesions were significantly reduced. Conclusion :Tigaohuang Decoction can reduce the level of serum bilirubin and transaminase and significantly improve the pathological changes of liver tissue in experimental cholestasis rats.
