复方荷叶冲剂由荷叶、北山楂、番泻叶、补骨脂、丹参等药组成。实验观察了本品对实验性高脂血症的影响,并与安妥明比较。结果表明,复方荷叶冲剂能明显降低家兔实验性高脂血症中的血清总胆固醇和血清甘油三酯的含量,并随着时间的延长,血脂下降更明显,这一结果与安妥明情况相似。给药2~3个月后,复方荷叶组的血清β-脂蛋白/a-脂蛋白之比值与造型组比较无明显差异,而安妥明组与造型组比较,就有明显差异,说明安妥明的作用快于复方荷叶冲剂。
The compound lotus leaf granules are composed of lotus leaf, Beishan wolfberry, senna leaf, psoralen, and salvia miltiorrhiza. The effect of this product on experimental hyperlipidemia was observed experimentally and compared with Clofibrate. The results showed that the compound lotus leaf granules can significantly reduce the serum total cholesterol and serum triglyceride levels in rabbits with experimental hyperlipidemia, and with the prolongation of time, the decrease of blood lipids is more obvious. This result is consistent with the situation of Antoin similar. After 2 to 3 months of dosing, the ratio of serum β-lipoprotein/a-lipoprotein in the compound lotus leaf group was not significantly different from that of the modeling group, and there was a significant difference between the Antuo Ming group and the modeling group, indicating that it was safer. The effect of Ming is faster than compound lotus leaf granules.
