在冬季户外消防灭火过程中,举高消防车经常出现液压油凝结、泵吸空现象,致使消防车无法正常工作,救火工作难以快速进行。虽然消防车在机械、电子、液压三方面都采取了很多安全措施,但在我国北方地区气温低于-10℃的情况下,却没有考虑液压油的保温加热问题。液压油在冬季会凝结,所以冬季户外工作时,液压系统保温加热在寒冷地区是必须要考虑的。其中包括以下几个方面:
